 1). Can I buy products directly from Double Diamond Halter Company?

Double Diamond sells only to retail stores. However, please check our “where to buy” and “buy online” sections of our website.  Also feel free to call us at 406-582-0706 or email us at info@doublediamondhalters.com to find a store near you.

2). How do I know what halter series will work best for me?

Although there are no set rules, some general guidelines are as follows:

• #100 Series: a stiffer halter good for most general applications.  Made from 5/16” polypropylene rope.

• #110 Series: ideal for a trail halter and for foals and weanlings.  Made from 4mm (appx. 1/8") nylon rope.

• #124 Series: made from the same rope as our #125 series rope only in a smaller diameter rope (6mm) and finished with a knot instead of a copper crimp. This halter is part of our Buck Brannaman collection.

• #125 Series: much like our 100 series only softer and stronger.  Made from 5/16” nylon kernmantle climbing rope.

• #150 Series: our strongest halters perfect for farriers, stubborn horses and large horses.  Made from 3/8” nylon kernmantle climbing rope.

• #200 Series: general purpose halter softer and thicker than our #100 series.  Made from 7/16” solid braid polypropylene rope.

• #225 Series: a perfect trail halter that also works well for foals and weanlings.  Made from 1/4" solid braid polypropylene.

3). How do I attach my lead to halter?

There are different methods of attaching the lead to the halter depending on what lead you purchased. Please refer to the product application page for examples.

4). Do you have a suggested retail price for your products?

Double Diamond Halter Co. does not have suggested retail prices, however checking the “buy online” section will give you an idea of what stores are charging for our products.

5). I own a retail store. How can I become a dealer of Double Diamond products?

We have a standard dealer application process.  Please contact Double Diamond for appropriate forms and explanations.
